Teamwork with the Owner, Architect and Builder is very important to achieving our goals of creating the best possible end product. We work early in the process with clients and architects to create realistic budgets, schedules and material selections. We also support the client in the decision making process by detailing options and producing accurate cost estimates.

We feel that setting up good communication between the client, architect and ourselves is the single most important thing that we do. Most of the homes we build are for second home owners. We use email, digital photography and the old fashioned telephone to help with our communication. We also set up and facilitate meetings with the architect, sub contractors, and suppliers.
